Yes, the minimum booking duration for our studio is 4 hours. This allows time for setup, the photoshoot and safe pack down.

Certainly! We welcome tours of our studio. However, please note that we prioritise the privacy and concentration of ongoing photoshoots so please give notice.

The studio is located in close proximity to London City Airport, which may result in some ambient noise from air traffic. Additionally, since it is an old repurposed warehouse, the sound of rain hitting the roof can be quite pronounced on rainy days. While the studio is designed for various uses, it is not soundproof.
While you are welcome to record music videos, please be aware that external noises may affect sound recordings.

Our cancellation policy is outlined in our terms and conditions. A confirmed booking is non-refundable. However, it can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the original booking date. The rescheduled date must be within 30 days from the original booking date.

Absolutely! We encourage clients to bring their own props and select backdrops that align with their vision. Additionally, equipment hire is the client’s responsibility, giving you the flexibility to use the tools that best meet your needs.

Yes, pets are welcome in the studio, provided they are well-behaved. Please be aware that any incidents requiring extensive cleanup, such as accidents or damage, will result in additional charges.

Yes, Unit F provides onsite Wi-Fi services. ensuring reliable connectivity for our clients. However, if the Wi-Fi goes down due to external factors, the studio cannot be held accountable for any resulting issues.

Yes, our studio offers a 20% student discounts, so be sure to ask about special rates. Proof of eligibility is required for student discounts.
We also provide residency discounts for clients looking to establish a consistent presence in our studio.
Additionally, if you refer a friend to the studio and they successfully make a booking, both you and your friend will receive a 10% discount.

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Our studio provides some space for catering, and we have fridge and bar facilities available. Please ensure that the studio is left in a clean condition after use.
Eating on the Cove is not permitted.
Please note that nuts and any products containing nuts are strictly prohibited.

Planned overtime (arranged before your booking) is charged £80 per hour. Unplanned overtime rates of £125 per hour apply. Please note that while we may be able to accommodate one hour overtime without prior agreement, anything surpassing this should be raised prior to rental or as early as possible. Please note that in the case of half day hires overtime may not always be available due to back-to-back bookings. We reserve the right not to provide overtime.

Food is not available within the studio itself, as it operates on a dry hire/self catering basis. However, there is a café at the reception that sells sandwiches, sweet treats and drinks.

Parking is available on site. It is free for small shoots but incurs a fee for larger productions, events or significant setups. Please notify us in advance if you require parking.
