Hire Fees.

The hire rate for each shoot is specified on the studio rate card unless otherwise agreed upon with the Studio Manager prior to the hire period. All payments must be made in full before the booking date, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in advance with the Studio. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking.

Access to the studio will not be granted if payment has not been received by the deadline.

For bookings where a deposit has been paid, there is a 15% +VAT fee for remaining payments not made within 28 days of bookings and further delayed payments will incur subsequent charges.

Unless stated otherwise, all equipment available at the studio is included in the hiring price. Please note that the hiring rates do not include the use of paper backdrops, which are charged at £15 per meter for any floor use.

Terms of Use.

Use of the Studio and equipment is at the Hirer’s own risk. The Hirer hereby waives the right to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. The Hirer agrees to leave the Studio and the Factory Project site in the same condition as when they arrived.
